Brownfield - The Banks of Saline

The Banks of Saline is located on an old manufacturing site. We saw a great piece of land that could be reused and become a beautiful addition to Saline. The plant was run down and vacant when we bought the site. One thing that we have tried to do is recycle as many things as possible so they would not end up in the land fill. The metal beams, wiring, heaters and lights were all recycled or reused. We also are crushing the concrete from the building floors and will reuse it as our road base. ( if you come out to the site you will see a large pile in the back of the property. )

Hope you like the Rendering !

The architects are out of Grand Rapids. The company is Nederveld and we really like the feel of the buildings and how it blends with the setting. ( a friend that I grew up with from Saline is a partner in Nederveld.)

Wild Life - it's not what your thinking!

We have a lot of animals that are going to be your neighbors. Last Fall we had large herd of deer, one Blue Heron and a turtle all hanging out on the property. Will try and get shots of them as the weather gets better.
